Lychee, jo ki madhur aur swadist phal ke roop mein mashhoor hai, ek tropical aur subtropical areas mein paya jaane wala pyara sa phal hai. Iska scientific naam 'Litchi chinensis' hai aur yeh China ka native phal hai jo ki aaj kal duniya bhar mein pasand kiya aur ugaaya jaata hai.


Lychee ka itihaas kafi purana hai. Yeh phal China mein 2000 saal se bhi adhik samay se ugaaya ja raha hai. Iska istemal Asian countries mein chalta raha hai, lekin ab yeh phal worldwide popular ho gaya hai aur kai countries mein badi matra mein produce kiya ja raha hai.


Lychee ka roop adbhut hota hai. Iska outer shell hard hota hai aur red ya fir pinkish color ka hota hai. Jab aap ise kholte hain, toh iska flesh white hota hai, aur ismein ek seed hota hai. Iska flesh juicy hota hai aur madhur swad hota hai, jo ki is phal ko behad pasand karne ka karan hai.
